September Is Self Care Awareness Month

This month we want to shine a spotlight on prioritizing self care. This encompasses both physical and mental wellness.  Self care looks different for each individual and can range from simple to more complex.  It is not about changing every aspect of your life or neglecting those around you; simply stated, it is about choosing to take care of yourself so you can continue to be healthy!

Take a moment to ask yourself the following questions:

Is there something you’ve been meaning to do for yourself but keep putting off? 

What things in your life bring you the most joy and how can you incorporate those into your life on a more regular basis?

Is there someone you’ve wanted to spend time with but haven’t found the opportunity?  

Are you interested in trying something new but haven't taken the leap to do it yet?

Have you wanted to change or add a health or wellness habit to your daily routine?
