Graston Technique

The team of physical therapists at Health In Balance are trained as preferred providers of the Graston Technique, an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique that uses stainless steel instruments with unique treatment edges and angles to glide along a patient’s muscles, tendons, or ligaments to release soft tissue adhesions and restrictions.

Benefits of the Addition of Graston Technique:

Patients usually receive 1-2 treatments per week over a span of 4-5 weeks. The average number of treatments per episode of care ranges from 6 visits for acute cases and 12 visits for more chronic cases.
