Personal Training

Personal training packages:

Reaching your personal fitness goals is an investment in yourself and your health. We offer a variety of ways in which you can purchase classes with “Per Session” and “Packaged Session” options.

Per Session Investment:
  • 30 for 30: $30 for 30 minute session.
  • 60 for 65: $65 for 60 minute session.
  • Partner training: Accountability with a friend is a great way to reach your fitness goals together! $40 per person (60 Minutes)
Packaged Session Investment:
  • The Scout: 6 sessions for $150 (30 minutes)
  • The Explorer: 6 sessions for $350 (60 Minutes)
  • The Trail-Blazer: 12 sessions for $660 (60 minutes)

Personal training is a dedicated opportunity to work towards your personal fitness and wellness goals. We work with you to develop and implement a personally crafted program that best meets these goals. Our personal trainer, Ginny Haupt, will work one-on-one to educate and instruct you on best fitness practices. You’ll be guided and inspired to reach or exceed your fitness level goals.

Whether your goal is weight loss, increased strength, flexibility, core strength or just keeping up with the pace of life, reaching your fitness goals will leave you feeling better than ever, energized and excited about what lies ahead.

We offer a complementary 15 minute screening to discuss your goals, assess your level of fitness and determine next steps in moving forward to a new you.

Quick start:

If you have already purchased a package or scheduled your first training session, download and fill out our "New Client Information" form. You can print and fill it out ahead of time and get right to your training session upon arrival.

Step It Up Program:

For just $35 per month, our "Step It Up" Program allows patients to use our facility to exercise during our business hours. All of our equipment is available, including but not limited to a treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bike, hand weights, resistance bands, BOSU, and Cybex equipment.

Step It Up Graduate's Program

This program is available for those patients who desire more assistance and hands-on time with our therapists. It’s value is $70 per half-hour session to work with our therapists to increase functional capabilities not covered by insurance.

Nutrition

Ginny Haupt received her Certificate in Exercise Nutrition through Precision Nutrition in April 2014. Her coursework included extensive study in the science and application of nutrition, and how it affects the body. At a young age, Ginny participated in sports and exercise which led to her passion for helping others become active and develop healthy eating habits. Whether your goal is better sleep, more energy, weight loss, or better performance, good nutrition is the key to getting results. Ginny will help coach you through meal planning and nutrient timing, giving you an individualized, specific plan. She will continually re-assess your program to help you achieve your goals with tangible results.
