Ginny Haupt, personal trainer, and Andrea Bennett, MPT, together they have more than 20 years' experience in health and fitness and have been doing corporate wellness for four and six years, respectively. Our wellness programs include monthly visits and are tailored to your company’s individual needs.

Five years ago, our company partnered with Health In Balance Physical Therapy to develop an employee wellness program. We have always had a group of employees that were health conscious, but Health In Balance has provided tools and motivation for fitness and healthy living. A Health In Balance representative comes to our facility every other week to meet one-on-one with employees to do a “smart scale” assessment, record their progress and address any wellness challenges the employee might be facing. Several of our employees have lost a significant amount of weight. One has even lost over one hundred pounds! Many have learned how to treat or prevent nagging physical issues such as back pain, hip pain or shoulder pain with strengthening exercises. Health in Balance continues to challenge and motivate our employees as well as providing them with ongoing insight into good nutrition and healthy living.
